Privacy policy

The Privacy Policy defines the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by the Users of the a38.pl website, hereinafter referred to as the Website.

  1. The administrator of personal data contained in the Website is A38 SP. Z O.O. with its registered office in Katowice, ul. MONIUSZKI 7, NIP 9542754378, REGON 0000552539 hereinafter referred to as the Administrator.
  2. The website acquires information about Users entered into forms on the basis of the consent expressed by themselves.
  3. The transferred data are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g. to answer a given question.
  4. The user who has placed the data in the form has the right to:
    1. inspection, modification, deletion of personal data,
    2. processing restrictions and requests to stop processing your data at any time,
    3. withdrawal of consent at any time - withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out prior to its withdrawal,
    4. transferring data to another personal data administrator
    5. submit a complaint to the supervisory body.
  5. Personal data provided by the User in the form will be processed for a period not longer than it is necessary for the purpose for which they were provided and until the Administrator's legal, accounting and tax obligations exist, and until the time of prescribing any claims. If consent has been given for the processing of personal data - until withdrawal of consent.
  6. The administrator complies with due diligence in order to adequately secure the personal data provided, in particular against disclosure to unauthorized persons.
  7. The provided personal data may be made available only to entities that have a legal basis resulting from the provisions of Polish law.
  8. The entities collecting and processing personal data on the website come mainly from Poland and the countries of the European Economic Area (EEA). Some of the suppliers are based outside the EEA, for example Google Inc. (USA - Google Analytics). The administrator of personal data, however, ensures that the entities guarantee high protection of the data being processed. This is due to the compliance with the contractual clauses adopted by the EU Commission and through participation in the "Privacy Shield" program on the EU-US line (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/1250 of 12 July 2016).

    2. Act of 16 July 2004 Telecommunications Law (PrTel);

Policy on the use of cookies

Cookies are IT data, stored on users' end devices, intended for using websites.

  1. The ll-services.eu website does not automatically collect any information, except for those contained in cookie files. These include: IP address, domain name, browser type, type of operating system and data about the User's navigation path and its time of staying on specific subpages.

Safety rules

  1. The user of the website should take care of the security of his devices that have access to the Internet. The device should have an antivirus program with the current virus definition database, the current and secure version of the web browser and the firewall enabled.
  2. It is recommended to include in the web browser anti-phishing filters (tools) that check whether the web page displayed is authentic and is not for phishing, eg by impersonating an institution or a given economic entity.
  3. Caution is advised when opening attachments or clicking links in e-mails that the User did not expect, eg from unknown senders. In case of doubts, it is worth contacting the sender eg by phone.
  4. Files should be downloaded only from trusted places. It is highly risky to install software from unverified sources.
  5. A website user using a home Wi-Fi network should set up a secure and difficult to break password to access the network. It is also recommended to use the highest possible standards for wireless Wi-Fi network encryption, which are possible to run on your equipment, e.g. WPA2.
